Looking for long-term/ ongoing Head Chef, or highly experienced cook for very busy cafe in the beautiful seaside town of Coffin Bay, South Australia.
Tapas style cafe right on the water, sourcing and utilising the abundance of fresh local seafood, Coffin Bay Oysters, crayfish, scallops, prawns, bugs, abalone, pilchards, vongole, bluefin tuna and hiramasa kingfish to name a few.
Non seafood tapas also mini tacos, bao buns, Korean chicken, along with fish & chips, seafood chowder, and some fancier canapé style betel leaves, duck witloff, nori cones. PM for more info.
You will offer an even temperament, creative flair and great time management, leading a small team in the kitchen to deliver amazing food and creating a fantastic dining experience.
Must have work rights for Australia.
